Also, we may request and collect certain demographic information such as your age and gender. We never collect more information than what is reasonably necessary to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives. We will take appropriate steps to ensure the security and integrity of any information you provide to us.

Use of Information
343 Labs uses the information we collect in part to understand site usage and control the content and offerings on the Web site. We may also use the information you submit to the Web site to send you informational or advertising materials, or to respond to your inquiries or comments. Your personal information may also be used for our internal studies, so we can constantly improve the services we provide you and can better meet your needs. Demographic information is used for analyzing and understanding site usage and is not used for presentation of ads or offers. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

343 Labs reserves the right to track non-personal information about users of its Web site, including without limitation: the URL that the user has come from (whether this URL is on its Web site or not), the URL the user goes to next (whether this URL is on its Web site or not), the Internet browser being used, the type of operating system used, the user’s location and the user’s IP address. A user’s IP address is used for system administration purposes and to track a user’s session, in order to give 343 Labs an understanding as to which parts of its Web site users are visiting. Many sites automatically collect this information. 343 Labs may use such non-personal information to help us diagnose problems with our servers, to administer the Web site, or for other purposes such as improving the content of the Web site or research purposes.

343 Labs reserves the right to release current or past user information internally within 343 Labs. 343 Labs also reserves the right to release current or past member information to third parties for limited purposes in the event 343 Labs believes that usage is (i) in violation of this Agreement; (ii) used to commit unlawful acts; and/or (iii) is required to be disclosed to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or with a court or administrative order. Except as stated in this paragraph, 343 Labs will not share information specific to users with third parties. 343 Labs may, however, disclose aggregate user information to third parties.

Cookies
343 Labs may use “cookies,” small files that are stored on your computer (unless you block them), to maintain a user’s identity between web sessions. Cookies are stored on your hard drive and may be later accessed by the Web site to track prior usage. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in collecting and assessing cookies. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. Google Analytics
343 Labs uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. to gather statistics on Web site usage, such as how often each page has been visited. Many websites use these statistics to monitor and improve their services. Information collected and processed by Google Analytics includes the user’s IP address, network location, and geographic location. Google Analytics acquires this information by installing a cookie on your computer. Loop Academy does not share any information it collects with Google, and Google Analytics does not collect any personal information such as names, contact information, social security numbers or financial information. If you choose, you can opt out by turning off cookies in the preferences settings in your web browser.
